Culicchia Neurological is now using a new Electronic Health Record system, commonly known as Epic. The new system offers an enhanced patient portal called MyChart. We are partnering with LCMC Health System as we make the transition to Epic, which is secure and private.
If you have an existing MyChart account with LCMC, there is nothing you need to do.
If you do not have an existing LCMC MyChart account, you will need to set up an account for the patient portal.
